Picture Day (fall) Distribute picture day info to parents & assist in organizing students for pictures Reflections (fall & spring) National PTA arts competition program information distribution at registration & back-to-school night Red Ribbon Day (spring) Volunteers needed October 19th for Red Ribbon Day events Room Representative (year-long) Receive and forward emails from the PTA to the room parents list & attend Coffee Talks at 8:05 am At least one volunteer per class needed to forward messages regarding school events Science Lab (fall & spring) Work with Principal to adequately equip Science Lab with curriculum, fixed assets & consumables within approved budget Science Night (spring) Volunteers needed for science activities at the May 17th event Family Dine Out (year-long) Work with local restaurants to coordinate cash back to school for dining at their establishment on specific dates Stories Under the Stars (spring) Volunteers needed for reading activities at the January 13th event Talent Show (spring) Hold and supervise auditions/rehearsals and design Talent Show programs & set decorations Used Book Sale (year-long) Volunteers needed to help in book collection and sales throughout the school year Webmaster (12 months) Post current information from President and Executive Vice President on website Yearbook (year-long but primarily spring) Collect photos from parents for all campus activities & submit to vendor for printing |
